My Realtor showed me a house that was crawling with mold?

Hello..I'm female and 30 yrs old..I fell ill at 21 and was diagnosed 2yrs later as having a borderline lyme test and systemic disease..major neurological symptoms..brain fog..raynaueds..horrible headaches like never before..new onset siezure activity and a brain spect scan consistent with severe neuro lyme or severe cns lupus..up til now my lupus tests negative...been seeing a reumatologist internist who is a lyme speciast..recently have develped alopecia..severe joint bone pain my sed rate has been up for months now which is new and elevated platelets for yrs..have been told protein was found in urine on 2 occasions haven't done a urinalysis lateley..my dr said based on my recent elevated sed rate and high platelets and supposidly some abnormality on autoimmune panel was pos..the nurse that called and told me was sweet but when I asked her if she knew what autoimmine disease it was she wasn't really givin me a straight answer..dr called in methltrexate which scares me...very potent drug...reumatiod arthritis neg, thyroid neg, seems all the peices are adding up to lupus???any1 have any thoughts..I see her again in 2 weeks..wish I knew now being sick 9 yrs without a dr lookin me in the face with a straight up answer is hell on earth...any input..with my abnormal brainscans and abnormal bloodwork as well as clinical findings and symptoms...do you think she's barking up the wrong tree still treating the lyme when most likely infection is gone and per her suggestion has triggered an autoimmune disease most fitting...lupus???

The right side of my thyroid is enlarged. What does this usually mean? And what can be done about it?

I'm a 35-year-old female. Three years ago, the doctor noticed a bulge on the right side of my thyroid. He ran bloodwork and I guess everything was normal because I never heard anything further. This year at my physical, I brought up the possibility of hypothyroidism because I have had some symptoms over the last several years (weight gain, fatigue, depression, cold intolerance, visual sensitivity to light, etc.) and also because both my mom and her mother suffer from hypothyroidism. The doctor felt the lump on my neck, which I mentioned because it seems bigger than it was 3 years ago, and he sent me for bloodwork and a thyroid ultrasound. I was told the bloodwork results were normal and I had the ultrasound a couple of days ago. I'm just wondering whether it's likely that they will do something about the bulge in my neck. It's not quite visible to others (at least not that I have been told), but it can be felt very easily and I don't want some big goiter sticking out of my neck.

I had the same best friend from 5th -12th grade. Right out of high school I got married and got my own house and my best friend moved in with us. I'm filling out an application and need a little help. They are inquiring about my last job and why I left. It was a positive situation, I wasn't fired for misbehavior anything like that. I was originally hired on as a student to fill in for someone going on maternity leave. When that person decided to stay gone, I was allowed to take her place. The problem was that I was a high schooler and only able to work part time. So the company was actually short a worker for half of the day the whole time I worked there. When business picked up, they gave me the news that they couldn't keep me on part time and had to hire someone full time to take my place. I, having just started my second semester in college, was unable to change my schedule and was told that the next day would be my last day. Is this being laid off, discharged, terminated? What term do I use to convey that I was not let go on negative terms? Specifically, the check box says "Have you ever been discharged or asked to resign from employment? Okay, so my hubby was raised penticostal and believes without a shadow of doubt that every word in the Bible is true and meant to be taken litterally. What "box color" was on your hair before? If it was a red, those are very hard to work with because most store bought reds contain metallics. Which can react very badly with peroxides. But if it was just a light brown, you should be able to have your hair fixed that day. BUT here's the bottom line, they should make you happy and fix it for free. I certainly don't want clients out and about complaining about what I did to their hair and neither should they. Give them a chance to fix their mistake. Don't go to the same girl (If she was asking her collegues what to do, she's a newbie). Ask for the manager. And remember, be kind. Even stylists have a bad day. A hit and run driver killed my unborn child...?

on july 5th i was a pedestrian hit by a car. The unborn baby i was carrying is dead and i just birthed him on the 21st. I don't know who hit me and can't think of any way to find out who he was. I have tried contacting the business he came out of to ask if anyone saw the incident but can't get anyone to answer the phone, likewise i called the business across the street and the owner said she would talk to the person who was working that day but they did not call me back. My elderly yorkie is 16 and has horrendous bad breath - has anyone got a helpful remedy?

She was a sad rescue & poorly bred so as well as other health probs ociated with this breed she has always had poor teeth & needed a few dentals over the years but she is too old to risk an anathsetic now. She remains on a good dried food that she can tolerate which keeps her regular & comfortable (& has done for years), she can have no tit bits due to colic & irritable bowel, even fresh fish & chicken can cause her problems. Despite all her health issues & very small size she is brave smart tolerant loyal loving friendly & sociable with everyone including strangers, all children, all dogs & she even mothers birds & small animals. She has been a complete joy & is very much loved but is definately not a pampered pooch & lets anyone do anything to her. Sadly the bad breath issue has become increasingly worse & she has taken to leaving her tongue hanging out a lot so whilst none of us care & cuddle her regardless of the knockout breath, the smell is detectable from several feet & its a bit embaring when she strolls up to strangers or visitors to say hello. Can anyone suggest anything that may help?

Can I sue a Liquor Establishment for not calling Law Enforcement?

Can I sue a business in the following situation. I walked out and was aulted violently. I made my way back into the establishment (where I was a customer) and asked for help to call 911. The employees ignored me and left me there bleeding, purposely shunning me and my request for help and to use a phone. One person finally gave a phone to me and 911 had me go look for the license plate, when I attempted I was aulted more aggressively by multiple people in the parking lot of the business. The workers and staff there know who the ailants are and told officers they did not. I never had any communications with the people that aulted me, I seen them inside talking with staff members as if they were friends. I honestly walked out and got beat up, walked in and was refused help, called 911 and went out at their request for a plate, and was aggressively and violently aulted. Cops came, did nothing, ems came to check me but left, I had a ride take me to the hospital being I was in and out of consciousness from the punches and kicks to the head and face. These guys would have not got out of there and away from the law enforcement if someone would have helped me when I asked or if they would have gave the names to the officers.

Also, fundamentalist christians claim that liberal churches are "worldly" in a pejorative sense, and that they aren't "real" christians. My question is: is Christianity evolving? I thought Fine Arts is all about drawing and painting, along with some theory courses and that's it. But i just found out there're specializations/concentrations and so the name "Fine Arts' is just a broad name, kinda like saying you're going to sch to get a masters in Clinical Psychology. Psychology is the general name for the program and "Clinical" is the what you're actually focusing on. I dunno if that explanation makes sense; it's just how i've made sense of it. So if i want to get a degree in Fine Arts, i'm not really getting a degree in Fine Arts (because apparently there're different fields/concentrations of Fine arts: like drawing, painting, art history, etc, and so i have to chose one of them and "specialize/concentrate" in that one field (or do it in conjuction with another...can u do that?) and that would be the degree i get? Just making sure. It happened a while ago around 4:00pm. i was sledding and i swerved and my sled hit a rock flipping the sled over and my head hitting another rock. (it was my forehead) I wasnt knocked out i got right up after it. I was fine until around 5:30 when i started to get a head ache. Afterwards it went away and came back and it keeps doing this. LIke stay for 5 minutes then go away for like 1-3 minutes. I had a bump but it went away and i have a red mark the size of a nickel. I had no dizzyness. Do you know? Is it just a cuncussion?

I need some advice on what to say about quiting my job...?

My question is, how does this apply to the Big Bang when before the Big Bang the laws of physics (or physical laws of the universe) didn't exist? My Sister was Given a Notice to Quit or Vacate (kids)...I want to pay 5000 for her BUT?

My sister is behind 5000 with her rent and was served with a Notice to quit and vacate after 45 days not a legal doent.It stated that she has a right to a meeting with the landlord but when she called today they told her they can not stop proceedings with court. Then they told her to try and pay within 30 days. They didnt give her a notice to PAY or quit just a Notice to quit. Why didnt they give her an option to pay? If I pay this for her would they still take her to court for non payment ? If I agree to pay. I don't want to pay if she will be put out anyway. She is already in a subsidized unit. They asked her to pay an extra 350 a month and she couldnt afford it because her job pay was short. If I pay before she receives a summon to go to court would they still put her and her 3 children out. She payed her fixed rent on time for the past year never late. They were charging her the regular rate rent which was 1275 for 4 months until HUD chose to help her out. I dont want her to ruin her chances with HUD or waste my money if she has to go anyway ? I'm not a lawyer, nor an expert on such matters, however, during my term on jury duty I saw several dismissed due to hardship or conflict of interest. To the best of my knowledge the school, which I would deem the same as an employer, will have to abide by the law if you can't get dismissed. I have 1 yoa great dane male and he barks constantly when we leave.?

We just moved a month ago, he was use to my mother being with him during the day, and now hes alone 8 hours a day. We moved into a duplex and the barking upsets the neighbor and me and my husband both work 8 hr shifts. I tried the suggestion but he barks as soon as I leave the room. When I was leaving the store the other day, I had a very close encounter that still gives me chills. I feel like nothing I do is right with my mother. When I'm talking she'll complain I'm swishing liquid dangerously around in my gl. I have twin boys that are 4. My wife got very sick during her pregnancy, and had a c-section at 28 weeks. Anyway we only had one name picked, and so I gave my second son's first name after my grandfather. The middle name was picked by my wife's best friend/sister, but she doesn't like it. I have been seeing this guy for about a month or two. We have had a few times. He invited me over to a party at his house. I came over - it was just him and his guy friends. Which was totally fine with me. He was very charming and attentive the whole night. And then, around 2am, I noticed he started becoming very anxious and texting on his phone. I noticed him talking to one of his buddies, reading a text on his phone. He came over and said he needed to talk to me for a minute. He said there are some friends coming by in a few minutes. He said one of them is a girl that he has been dating. He said he realizes it is awkward with me there, he apologizes and that she will not stay long. I didn't really even know how to respond. And then he says she may not even show up. A few minutes later, the girl shows up. She seems like a total skank. She was wearing a very tight, short revealing dress and stripper-style stilleto heels. Anyway, he went to open the door for her, so I didn't see how they greeted each other. Then when she was there, he seemed very friendly with her, but he didn't kiss her (that I saw) or anything like that. He poured her a drink and she said she wasn't staying long. He didn't introduce us. He asked her to go outside onto the patio with him, where they talked for a few minutes. Then she came back in. His friend said he needed to go home right away and if she could give him a ride. She resisted at first, but then agreed to give him a ride home. So she left. She stayed about 10 minutes all together. It was very apparent that he and his buddy were very anxious to get her out of there. They both walked her out to her car, then he came back in. Anyway, I was pretty disgusted with the whole thing, He apologized and said he got rid of her as fast as he could. Then he said they are not sleeping together, just friends. Which I have a hard time believing. Why would a girl pop-in on a guy's night dressed like that at 2am? For coffee? Anyway, his friends left shortly afterwards. I had intended to stay the night, but after that I wasn't in the mood. I told him it was late and I feel like going home. He insisted I stay. So I did. Although I really didn't want to. And I probably should not have anyway. But I did. Anyway, I don't know what to make of the whole thing. But I think it was completely rude and inappropriate.
