Cancerous Lump????????????????/?

Ummmm...... i am a teenage male and yesterday I was in the shower and I noticed a lump on my private you know what. It is slightly red and when I felt it it feels sort of like a hard blister. I recently shaved my thing and mabye it could be a big pimple?? It is about the size of a penny. Please help!!!
