My dog has a high WBC and high Neutrophils...?

These results are from bloodwork and he suggests a uterus infect in my 4 year old female german shepard... 70 lbs. She was constantly throwing up and after 3 weeks of pills, she still had a fever as of 4 days ago (when still on the pills) when i took her to another vet. I'm getting her fixed just in case but is there anything else i need to be looking into as far as the infection goes with those kind of bloodwork results? Oh and she did test positive for heart worms so after the infection is done with (what i am trying to get answers for asap!)... her heartworm meds will begin.
