My Realtor showed me a house that was crawling with mold?

The house was in her listing, and all of the window frames were covered with the black spotty stuff, out in the garage it was the worst. The damp smell was unbearable, at first I thought it was fire damage, but when we looked again all the fibergl insulation and under the insulation was blackened by what we suspect is black mold. I told my Realtor my concerns and showed her the evidence and she didn't seem interested. Do I have an obligation to notify someone in regard to this?
