MasterCuts- Free Redo or Money Back?
As a stylist myself, I don't give money back but I do give all my clients a "love it or I'll fix it" guarantee. And that means fixing it at my own cost. So, yes, definately go back to MasterCuts tomorrow and demand (nicely) that you want your hair fixed. Depending on what was done to your hair, they may or may not be able to fix it right away. What "box color" was on your hair before? If it was a red, those are very hard to work with because most store bought reds contain metallics. Which can react very badly with peroxides. But if it was just a light brown, you should be able to have your hair fixed that day. BUT here's the bottom line, they should make you happy and fix it for free. I certainly don't want clients out and about complaining about what I did to their hair and neither should they. Give them a chance to fix their mistake. Don't go to the same girl (If she was asking her collegues what to do, she's a newbie). Ask for the manager. And remember, be kind. Even stylists have a bad day. It just REALLY sucks when it's on your head! lol
