I was deported feb18,2005 from usa..i have new evidence. do i have a limited time to file a motion to reopen?

the new evidence i have is that my exwife paid a police informant to set me up with crimes to get me deported. I currently filed my motion to vacate my plea and had the hearing..however the corruption in my county against me is overwhelming...it took 9 months just to hear my motion after several extensions from the prosecutor..the county is totally corrupted and are trying to stretch out as much as they can...thats why i am concerned about a time limit to file the motion to reopen...thanks
