Glock 27 question, barrel a bit loose.?

Just got a Glock 27 .40 cal today. first thing I noticed is that when I back the slide and put it in the locked position so that it stays ****** back, the barrel is a bit loose and has some play. It's also not pointing straight with the rest of the gun, but a little up. Is this normal? I have not got the chance to shoot it yet so im not sure if its screwed or not.
