Help me please really!!!?

My pacman frog hasn't eaten in months he refuses to eat and hes dying help please usually his cage is around room temperature i think he might be dead already i had to force a cricket into his mouth but i don't think he has the strength to swallow it!! HELP PLEASE I DON'T WANT HIM TO DIE!!!!
