Is there any chance with her?

When school started this year, I had a girl in my cl that I'd seen around school, but never got a chance to talk to. We soon became decent friends, nothing special, and I found out she had a boyfriend. Not 2 weeks after we started talking, her boyfriend gets sent to jail. She didnt go to school, but still texted me throughout the week, and we rapidly grew closer together. (Her boyfriend was abusive to her.) After a week or 2, I told her that I was attracted to her, and she said she felt the same way. We entered a pseudo-relationship, in which we kissed, etc, monopolized eachothers time, but never really declared it. She would always refer to me as a friend. All of a sudden, she cut everything off and said we should just be friends, because her boyfriend is getting out approximatly in April and she's going back to him. Since then, she's declared me her best friend, and we continue to have a close friendship. :-/ I need to know if I have any chance with her at all. We both say we love each other, we always have a good time with each other, and recently she's started biting me. (Its hot, so I'm not complaining.) She lets me be more "physical" with her than a normal friend, and it seems like this "friendship" is between the lines separating friends and lovers. What should I do?
