What's the best/most popular video game for older teens/guys in their 20's?

So my brother turns 20 today and I STILL haven't got him a present! I'm thinking some video game because he loves video games and always plays them (FOR HOURS) in his room, on the computer or on the ps3. (he has xbox 1 too but i think he just plays pc and ps3 games) So like, he plays like all those war games, like where he talks with his friends on it... and i think he played halo, and he loves madden..... like, he played wow and like, 'heroes' too. and morrowind #2,like, on the computer. He also plays random stuff occasionally like, uh...i can't think..uh... like mario randomly? if it's like, a new game. so yeah. he's into mainstream stuff i guess. what do you think would be good to get him? I only have like an HOUR! PLEASE ANSWER! i'm going to like look on videogame sites too but i'm like, afraid i won't get something he likes..ugh.
