What should do im 36 weeks pregnant?

for the past 24 hours or more I have had horrible back pain, pressure in my hips, leg pain. Diarrhea, increased pressure in rectum urinating more frequently,It's horrible. I tried calling my doctor all i got is a lousy voice mail. I haven't heard from him...What do you suggest I do
