IMPORTANT QUESTION ABOUT AFTER DNC!!! PLEASE ANSWER!! (SORRY IF TMI)?

i had a dnc this past wed. at first i was just spotting and hardly any cramping at all. me and my husband went to the lake yesterday to get away and try to heal ourselfs from our loss. we were on the boat most of the day, but did nothing else. no swimming or running or anything. so last night i started cramping a bit more and bleeding alot more! now i have big gushes of clumps of blood coming out. is this too much? did going for a boat ride mess something up? i was goin to call my doctor tomm. has anyone been through this before?
