How should i tell my girlfriend to stop.........?

my girlfriend Keeps on giving me and i dont know how to make her stop my doctor advises me to not partake in any activitys he says a man at the age of 68 should not have any thing put in his i have told her to stop before but she just keep going. i also have tryed soiling myself during the but she really got into that. any suggestions?
