I just ate ceasar salad dressing and I am pregnant...is this bad? I keep worrying about everything.?

I just got done eating a chicken Cesar salad and it had the Cesar salad dressing in with the salad and I just ate it but now I am reading online that you should not eat Cesar salad dressing when your pregnant. Is this true? Now I am scared. I bought this at the store. I have been reading so many things and it all scares me and worries me. I am only a month pregnant and its my first baby and I am so worried something is going to go wrong..why do I keep worrying? Is this a bad thing...
