16/f. i went to the dr. yesterday & found i had extremely low blood pressure & need bloodwork. new to this...?

i know nothing about blood pressure. like what are the effects of low blood pressure? i already have blue fingers from poor circulation & constant chest pains. i've noticed bruises on my hips even though i haven't gotten hurt at all lately. i'll admit, i went because i haven't been eating enough & i've lost a lot of hair & weight lately. i just don't know what to expect or what will happen after i take the blood test. would they put me on medication?
